Courtesy Guy Thorpe (who else?), here is a glimpse into the making of Phantasm III. In this clip, see the evolution of a scene from staging to rehearsal to the final product. The clip features Michael Baldwin, Reggie Bannister, Gloria Lynne-Henry and Kevin Connors.
Expect more onset footage from Phantasm III soon - including some with the Tall Man!

Man, I love rare Phantasm stuff! Any chance the behind-the-scenes footage will include deleted footage and the alternate ending?

Dustin, thanks so much for posting more video from P3! Looks good! Guy, it was my pleasure. I think I have enough material in the remaining file I have to do one more video montage (the dream tunnel, Angus driving the hearse (a semi-deleted scene, no?) and the scenes with Tim's family at the cemetery.) I think it will make for the longest video yet. What would be the *coooolest* is if one day we could get some of your P4 footage online because that stuff tops all, even the remaining P3 stuff. But we'll get to that later.

Hey gang, If you enjoyed the first two behind the scenes videos from Phantasm III, you're in luck. Guy and I have conspired to bring you a great deal more onset footage from both P3 and P4, including the Tall Man's rare appearance on Entertainment Tonight circa 1993. This means a whole mess of never before seen goodness coming your way. If you haven't seen the first two videos, they're here: www.youtube.com/user/phantasmarchives

Not Phantasm III related but topic related, I thought I should remind you that the Geneon Japan DVD release of OblIVion has 21-23 minutes of Behind-The-Scenes Footage (longer than the one on the Anchor Bay release which was of 8-10 minutes).

I'm now in possession of the footage and my, my, my.... it's pretty awesome. It's going to take me a right many few days to rip this stuff and edit it together, but here's a picture of something on the horizon. The Tall Man meets Beetlejuice? Indeed!

Haha Tall Man meeting Beetlejuice sounds awesome. I assume that's not Michael Keaton but the guy really does look like him.

Beetlejuice... yet another great childhood memory.
Universal Studios still does Beetlejuice's Monster Revial show, it's quite great.
So Dustin... any chance that this stuff will make it onto a DVD... ever, with Silver Sphere Corp's blessing?
