Check out this clip from KUNG FU FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE. At around the 35 second mark, the opening music from Phantasm can be very clearly heard. IMDb says this came out in 1982, so it'd be a ripe time to steal from the Phantasm soundtrack. The crescendo heard later in the clip is also from Phantasm.
So it's Dracula versus Zombie Ninjas with the score from Phantasm.

I need to see this movie! It looks amazingly bad (but in a good way). Nice find!

Um...wow.
I had never heard of either of these movies before, and after 10 minutes on Youtube....I fear the focus had gone out of my eyes and my jaw went slack. (My IQ may have dropped. I'll have to double check and see of there was some some brain - draining waves filtering out of my computer).
Of course, things are not always seen in perspective. Perhaps I would be properly entertained with a beer or two, things might be viewed in the proper light.
EDIT - On a related note, while I was watching, I was broken out of my stupor and I *did* recognize the music!!!
