Hello all! I was searching the net for Phantasm location pics & just came across this forum. Love it!! I just spent the last couple of hours looking through all the posts. I've been a fan ever since '79 when a friend & I snuck in to see the original ( I was only 11yrs old).
Does anyone know the location of the house used for the inside scenes? I've seen some recent pics/video of the house used for the outside shots of the Pearson home, but wouldn't it be cool to find the "inside" house & see what it looks like today? Assuming the owners would let someone in to take some video LOL. Anybody have any clues? Thanks!

The house off of Sunset Blvd. was used only for exterior shots and Mike throwing open door to see a fingerless Tall Man. As for the interior shots, most of these were a different house very close to the Van Nuys Airport--and, yes, that house was up for sale for a time (never got the nerve up to ask the realtor for a tour!). lollol
I'm sorry I can't post their address, but it's a private residence. The neighborhood is gangland and last time I drove by the house the owners, on the porch, looked like they were on red alert for drive-by shooters. (I wouldn't recommend paying the house/owners a visit.)

Didn't the house belong to Don or a friend of his so he used it. The inside of the house was also featured in Kenny and Comp. Kenny's room was the same as Mike's only shot from a different angle.

Love seeing the inside of the Pearson house, love that "70's" vibe!
