Ah yes, Britt Ekland. You know she does the topless scene herself in the movie, but brought a double in for the naked rear shot. Bizarre.
Saw The Burrowers with Clancy Brown last night and was pretty impressed with that too.

Couple other good 80's films:
Tales from the Crypt:Demon Night - quite an original story line.
TerrorVision - Robert Kurtzman and Christopher Stone (electronic orchestration) involved. It's sorta looks like Beetlejuice and has the quirkiness of House meets Killer Klowns. Really bizarre and well written. Even a social conscience? Basically TV is another planets trash.
"People of Earth, you must heed my warning. Destroy your satellite receivers, dismantle your communications systems, render your TV sets inoperable for the next 200 Earth years" or "That's what makes TV so great, because there's something on all the time."

Caught Snow White & The Huntsman and really liked it. I also watched Underworld: Awakening this weekend and thought it was worthy of the series.

Really? Underworld is about a vampire chick shooting every werewolf in sight...the first three are not exactly Shakespeare...as long as the gun doesn't misfire and there is lots of explosions it hard to miss the mark with these movies. I learned a long time ago to take movies for what they are...fun. Expect anything else and you will always be disappointed. I watch Star Wars: Clone Wars the animated series with my Grandchildren and i read one day were the director was going to be down here in FL at Disney. People were actually threatening to come down here and give him "a piece of their mind" . WTF??!!! it's a cartoon!! These fans need to switch to decaff and take a look around at the real world.

AH, good movie Willow. One of Val Kilmer's best roles in my opinion. Watched Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance last night. Parts i really liked and other scenes were...bizarre. I really am not sure how i feel about this movie...

A few days ago I took on Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance on Blu-Ray. I've seen worse films, but it's hardly a classic, either. I also have Extract and No Country for Old Men on disc to take in, but have not yet...I got canned at work a couple of weeks ago, so it's kind of affecting my attitude, demeanor, and behavior. Soon, though! I also let Phantasm II play about five or six days ago.

Winter's Bone - John Hawkes (the liquor store clerk in From Dusk Till Dawn ;D was excellent. Great cinematography as well.
Machete Maidens Unleashed - documentary on exploitation films shot in the the Philippines circa 70's 80's. You might not look at Jaws the same way again; especially if you watch Roger Corman's Humanoids From The Deep (1980).
Death Race 2000 (1975) - excellent, and prophetic maybe?
The Hitcher II: I've Been Waiting - expecting total crap; watchable, with a couple surprises.
The Tragedy and Triumph of World Class Championship Wrestling (2007) - gut wrenching documentary on the Von Erich family. Worth watching even if you thought wrestling was idiotic. As a kid this was by far the best league, WWF was shite compared to this. (No, I haven't watched wrestling in almost 30 yrs).
