I don't know if anyone here watched the 2nd episode of Constantine on NBC? James Le Gros guest starred on that episode as a priest that had lost his faith after his son died. He only has about 3 scenes in the episode, so he's not really a part of the main story.
Anyway, some time after Constantine talks to him at a bar, Constantine makes his way to the church Le Gros's character used to preach at. As he walks in he takes notice of a dark creature painted on the wall of the church. He also catches a couple fooling around in the old abandoned church. Before the couple leaves, Constantine asks the guy what the depiction of the monster is all about. The guy then says that it's an old town story about a Tall Man. But he then goes on to add without a face. So we not only get a Tall Man reference, but for kids nowadays they'll think of Slenderman.

I haven't seen Constantine, but interesting that they would have a reference to a "Tall Man"

Hellnback, good catch! I've been meaning to dig into the show. Wasn't a fan of the Keanu Reeves movie version from years back, but this looks pretty interesting.
