I didn't see a thread about this so I decided to make one to see what everyone's been getting their hands on.
Yesterday, I obtained the following:
VHS: -Shock Waves -I Come in Peace(Put it up on Ebay & it sold for $10. I had doubles of it anyway) DVD: -MacGyver: The Complete First Season -Dawn of the Living Dead starring Joe Estevez & Todd Bridges(looks like total crap) -One Crazy Summer -Halloween: 25 Years of Terror
I also ordered the following off Amazon:
-The Burning -From Beyond -Tales From the Crypt/The Vault of Horror(Double Feature) -The Return of the Living Dead(Collector's Edition) -Relentless -Darkman Trilogy

Mac, I was so bummed out on Tuesday. There were multiple releases I was really looking forward to (all horror) including a Vincent Price MGM boxset, The Fly boxset (original trilogy) and the director's cut of From Beyond.
I went to Best Buy, Circuit City, Borders and FYE Electronics. No one had any of these titles. I was more than pissed that morning.
But in better news, I bought David Cronenberg's 'Dead Zone'. Never seen it... but how awful could a Stephen King adaptation starring Christopher Walken actually be? .... okay, looking back on what I just said, it could be VERY bad. But I think it'll be good.
Also bought Retro Puppet Master. Weeeeee!

I had pre-ordered From Beyond with Amazon and it just arrived this afternoon. Amazon is sometimes a little slow on the shipping.

Dustin, I also use DVD Empire. If you use free shipping option and are on the east coast, like me, it is pretty fast. I also found that with Amazon, can't remember about DVD Empire, it ships a day ahead of the published release date.

Seems like they were all poorly distributed. I saw the new ROTLD DVD at a few Wal-Marts but that's really it.

That version is great. Walken actually caring rather than culling. Good watch.

This was a worthwhile release, I think. But I was uber-pissed off that the second disc Darkman III didn't even have an effin' menu.
