I noticed that Goph put the 20th anniversary(July 08th) of Phantasm II on the calendar. It's hard to believe that it's been that long since its release. The first Phantasm movie made after I was born. ;D
What a movie. I'll always love Phantasm II.

This kind of makes me feel old... I remember watching this as a kid on VHS (when VHS was like ooooohhh ahhhhh) good times. When I was a small tike I was so addicted to this movie I would sit in front of the TV with the VCR remote in my hand pause, play, pause, rewind, pause, play. I was really into the details of the film. You know those small Dixie cups you have in your bathroom? Imagine a 5 year old in front of the TV watching Phantasm II with one over his mouth with holes punched in it to look like a graver... good times, simpler times.

I can't believe P2 is 20 years old. Still my all-time favorite Horror movie and maybe even my favorite movie ever.

It really doesn't seem like 20 years have gone by. P2 is the one that introduced me to the whole Phantasm movies and got me into classic Muscle cars.
They really need to get their stuff together and rerelease this on dvd.

It's my favorite. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of story development.

Uh Oh... Mrs. Le Gros is gonna pimp slap you.
My absolute favorite scene is at the end when they impale Tally with the trocar and he melts, great SFX.

One of my favourite part is the ending. With melting the Tall Man and such. I laugh at the part where the Tall Man hits Reggie just before he torches the place. I remember saying, "Oh, Reggie just got pregnant dog-slapped by the Tall Man." It's funnier if you heard it. Enunciation is the main part to the joke.

Yeah Reggie didn't ever have a chance when the Tall Man slapped him down.
I still have no Idea what Liz's grandfather was doing walking around town as a Zombie.

I still have no Idea what Liz's grandfather was doing walking around town as a Zombie. Dropping paper bag's with surprises in them on doorsteps He goes to Father Myers to terrorize him for what he did, and to also let him know that nothing can stop The Tall Man. I think it almost shows FM his own fate, and that escape is futile. He goes "home" to get his old lady so that a dwarf couple can skip and hop around the funeral parlor.
