That's pretty funny! HA! But so clearly a fake... otherwise, why doesn't it mention where the dirt is from? It would've been from either Chatsworth Park North or Sunnyside and even so, those are enormous properties and filming only occurred in certain places.
I do have a rock from the Red Planet, though. Makes a fine paperweight!

It looks authentic to me and it has a COA, so I think it is most likely real.

Looks real. But can't say for sure...I would never pay $65 for an autograph from eBay or any other site. For that price I want to see him in person and sit on his lap.

Floyd, on the official Phantasm Site there are some items for sell that Coscarelli signed (posters, etc.). I was able to snag one of the Phantasm Novels that he signed.
