What a trip down memory lane! I remember meeting the artist at his New Jersey home, seeing the partially sculpted figure (all in clay) while there. I was truly impressed. I loaned some P2 pics to better help with details on the suit, face, etc. Coscarelli approved the model so long as it was an extremely limited edition. The artist thanked Angus, Don, Guy and me in the instruction manual. I had one version of the resin model in the early 90's which was constructed and beautifully painted by David Lady--I sold (alas!) many years ago. $500 is a lot of money! Wow!

Had no idea about the backstory of this item. Kris, you have so many of these secret trivia stories.... always interesting to hear them!

No, but I would pay for a nice copy of that P3 video store brochure that has a jack-o-lantern face sphere on the cover.
