That is pretty awesome!!
I'd like to see something along those lines, should the movie actually come to pass!! Perhaps even incorporating the V into the title...like it was done in OBLIVION.
I'm not in graphics, but if I have some free time (pipe dream~!) I might copy that image and try to place the silver space-gates on either side of The Tall Man, and have them cast a shadow, to create the 'V' on the floor...

That website is AWESOME!!!
Reminds me of the old days of phandom before that wretched Phantasm Archives came around. Love your story and love the P4 screencaps. The Jeb/TM poster is especially sweet.
Give us more, man! More!

Here’s the movie version. Slightly different than the novel. Feel free to add on or tweak it.

Great Idea. The gate shadow forming a "V" would look something like this... Attachments:

LOL yea, that's funny. Well...maybe not so funny after all. I've known specific people to "smurf" forum-boards before~! PS - Nice video! The running in the sand and house blowing up = Ford Fairlane, right? PPS - Thanx for the re-make on the poster. Glad you liked the idea~!

The running in the sand and house blowing up = Ford Fairlane, right? I’m LMAO…I didn’t think anyone would get that one. The hearse chase is also from the movie. I love the Dice Man in that movie. I actually have that on VHS from ‘94. The movie before that was P2. It was a Saturday night special on channel 11 in NY. You should see the commercials. Not one mention of internet, cell phones or computers. I think they had a Topps Appliance commercial and the OJ Simpson case was going on at that time.

I remember the 1st time I saw Ford Fairlane. I just didn't get it. Then it was on again (remember when HBO & Cinemax would play the same two movies all month long?! Ugh....) So I cracked open a couple of beers and watched it again. It all started to come together then. Admittedly, I didn't get the "Zuzu Petals" referance right away, but when they had all three CD's and were looking at the data, I saw "Ellen Aim and the Attackers" I suddenly had some new-found respect for the movie!
(and to this day, I guarantee that if you sing "Booty-time, booty-time, 'cross the USA" someone will get it~!)

Robert Englund was in this movie. I liked the way he said “hello hello”. I used to get HBO free for years. That was before digital and my brother spliced all the tv’s. They still play the same movies over and over on cable.

Totally dig how the gates and Tall Man's shadow create a V. Very creative!
