It would make sense in a odd sort of way seeing as the Tall Man was shown in the 1800s Civil War in PIV.

Buford is a reference to film score producer Ford A. Thaxton who produced the Silva Screen OST. Whether the track title was supposed to be a joke or a jab, that I cannot say.
