I believe is slowly eating itself. It's the goodtimes video and It seems like everytime I watch it the quality seems to get worse and worse.
It's only 9 years old though I wouldn't think it should be in that bad of shape.
I do have the dvd btw but I keep watching the vhs.
Yes I am strange lol

Not so strange, with VHS, at least with me, I would put a movie in and watch it all the way from start to finish. Alot of times with a DVD, I'll just jump from favorite scene to favorite scene. I bought a second copy of Phantasm II from MediaPlay before the store went bankrupt because I was playing my one VHS so much I was beginning to notice more drop outs. BTW, I think the VHS cover art of the Universal studios release is one of the better examples of cover art for the series.

Why don't you just frame it now and make a new case or buy a plastic one or something?

I was at a comic shop today & saw some DVD with James LeGros on the cover with some chick. I think they spelled his name "James Le Gross" on the back if I'm not mistaken. Also on the back of the DVD there was the IMDB headshot of Alexis Arquette. It looked like one of those crap quality budget DVDs that you'd get for like $2 brand new. Well, it was $5 used at this comic shop.
Oh, & Halloween II is amazing. I never had it on tape but I used to own the Goodtimes DVD about 6 years ago. I have the Universal DVD of it currently. I have the Goodtimes version of Halloween III but am looking to get the Universal version sometime soon.
