OK here goes......
The trip up there didn't seem like 5 hours and i saw alot of interesting things along the way. The hotel we stayed at was a piece of crap I could have slept in the car and been more comfortable. We had no air and the room was just nasty. We switched rooms and upgraded a little at least we got a balcony on the 26th floor overlooking the Arch.
The show itself was awesome as Megadeth always is the must have played 22 songs and the place was packed. I saw MANY! Sphereical ladies there ;D I also got a sweet t-shirt to add to my collection.
I would have stayed at the club all night since it's 24/7 but my friends were tired so we went back to the hotel. We got up around 7 am and decided to explore the town we walked down by the riverfront and over the the Arch and since only one of the 4 of us had been in it we diecided to go in. No one told me going up the Arch they put you in the little round space capsule looking thing so that was very freaky going up 65 I think stories to the top. The view though was very amazing I've got pix I can post later to show.
I would have liked to have stayed longer and explored the town and surrounding towns some more since they looked to have some really cool Halloween stores and heavy Metal shops.
All in all it was a great trip and I hope I can go back soon.

Glad you had a good time. I once visited St. Louis years ago. That Arch is gigantic!

Yes it is very very big. They told us to lean up against the glass and look straight down to see the legs of the Arch under us. I have never been that high up in the air in my life other than on an airplane.

I'm glad you had fun. I've only been to St. Louis once, but I never got to go to the Arch. But I would want to go in it because of my fear of heights.

I loved hearing Peace Sells it never gets old especially when everyone in the place is singing the song in unison.
Oh Overkill is playing there in Oct I am tempted to go.
