There are so many comments on the movie thread, I wonder what TV shows other Phans watch.
To get the ball rolling for current shows I watch Lost, Heroes and Desperate Housewives.
I always watch in rerun the Simpsons and That 70s show. My all time favorite show is With Children. There are plenty more that I have enjoyed over the years but I'll save those for later.

I'm not much of a TV watcher. The shows I usually watch aren't current.
I'm a huge Tales From the Crypt nut. I'm obsessed with that show. Can't wait until the 7th season comes out at the end of October.

i don't watch any show on a regular basis. but my favorite is called "A Haunting" on the travel channel. tells a supposedly real story about hauntings.
i like documentaries on A&E, Discovery, Science channel, the Military channel etc. i tend to end up watching shows in rerun like in recent times i caught up a lot on Everybody Loves Raymond & Frasier.
as well as reruns of newer comedies when they show up and i happen to be watching at the time.

Bear Grylls' shows are hilarious. There is a UK comedian called Harry Hill who does some great takes on his programmes.

I just think he has a much better personality. Plus he has that UK charm about him.

I don't like TV because I hate exposing myself to so many commercials. But I will watch Internet video...and South Park, I have a soft spot for that one. Futurama and Invader Zim I will sit still for occasionally.

Yeah, Bear Grylls. Very entertaining. Probably the only current show I like. Golf and soccer sometimes too. History, Discovery, Fox news,my local news, AMC, TCM...always channel "surfing" on these however....and they all show commercials at the same time!!!! CONSUME! CONSUME! CONSUME! ;D

On a regular basis:
1. Buffy the Vampire Slayer 2. Angel 3. Scrubs 4. The Boondocks 5. South Park 6. Drawn Together (I don't really care for it much anymore, I just want to see if it'll ever get back to how it was in season 1) 7. Fox's Sunday prime time shows.

I'm honestly not interested in any modern shows. I'm a bit of a prick when it comes to things. I'm more of an old school type person.
I still watch The Simpsons & Family Guy but both have went down in quality over the years. I still watch South Park too & it's still pretty decent.
I'll admit though, the new Dr. Who is kinda cool. I watch it from time to time.

I do not own a television and have not owned one since 1991.
I do watch programmes that I leech from eMule. That way I don't have to get brainscrubbed by an overload of advertisements and skewed lies calling itself the news. You can be intelligent enough to not pay attention to commercials and to know the corporate news is going to be totally biased towards whatever serves corporate interests, and TV will STILL affect your mind, especially if you go to sleep leaving it on. You pass through hypnagogue, a state between sleep and waking, and your will can end up losing discretion, resulting in your forgetting to ignore these things.
There are three programmes I grab episodes of using the Donkey:
Futurama - It's just hilarious and very well done.
Babylon 5 - This program is really, really good and it's a shame it is no longer on the air. I guess it was just too intelligent for the masses. On the surface, it would be easy to dismiss Babylon 5 as just another space opera, but it has profound mystic and philosophical content. It is about a miles-long space station, artificial world begun as a military base by humans and later turned into an ambassadorial centre. There are many aliens congregating here but we mostly see the humans, or Earthers, the Centauri (power-oriented, very Roman in character, very warlike), the Narn (another rather pugnacious race the Centauri have enslaved) and the Minbari (an advanced race that is very mystical and religious). The Earthers and Minbari were once at war but are now friendly, at least on the station, though the old prejudices still are seen to be prominent on the home world. Behind and beyond all these are the enigmatic "ancient enemies", the angelic Vorlons and the demonic Shadows, which have been interpreted as eternal enemies of one another and whose technologies and psi abilities seem to surpass all others.
Mystery Science Theater 3000 - I've always been a MST3K nut...particularly enjoying the earlier seasons of the show that featured Joel Hodgson.
