The Ghost Rider or The Tall Man?

Well... it depends. I'd say the Tall Man hands down but the duration of the fight depends on Ghost Rider. If Nic Cage is playing Ghost Rider then he's gonna get gang-balled in record time. But if it's the real Ghost Rider, even the one from the animated series depcited in your avatar, then I'd say it'd be an interesting fight.

I disagree. This is the TALLMAN we are talking about. The TALLMAN who can wiggle his eyebrow and horrible stuff happens

What a strange question.
Tall Man, easily. Very, very easily.

Dunno anything about Ghost Rider. Is this a xenodimensional we're talking about? If not, I'd have to say the Tall Man. But obviously I am rather biased.

Hard to say. Would the Stare the Ghost Rider has work on the Tall Man?
Also the Tall Man can keep coming back again and again and again so eventually GR is gonna get worn out battling spheres, dwarves , gravers , morticians, Zombies and the Tall Man himself.

This question is like asking what would win between a tank and a tricycle.

This question is like asking what would win between a tank and a tricycle. Heh. Good one. The only reason I sound so wishy-washy is I dunno who this Ghostrider bloke even IS. It's rare that I'll have any opinion at all in such a situation. So who is this Ghost Rider bloke and how on earth (or elsewhere) would he ever conceivably get a leg up on ol' Jeb?

Wikipedia entry: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_Rider_%28comics%29. Sounds purty cool, but most of his powers sound spiritual, whereas The Tall Man apparently doesn't care much about that. Could a gold sphere be soul-burned? Does a gold sphere have a soul at all?

I don't think a gold sphere has a soul. It seems as if the Tall Man controls all of them (as well as the silver ones), like the gold sphere in Phantasm II. But the thing that it doesn't mix with it is the gold sphere that comes out the Tall Man's head in Phantasm III. If the Tall Man controls the spheres, who was controlling that one. Maybe there is something bigger beyond the Tall Man, maybe there's someone or something conrolling him.
But, I don't think that the sphere that came out of the Tall Man's head has a soul, because the Tall Man doesn't have a soul.
So, my opinion is, a gold sphere doesn't have a soul at all... ?
