This has been up before. Mark Shostrom, the guy who actually did the dwarves on P2/P3, has his doubts as to it's authenticity. He says the paint job isn't something he would've let go. It could easily have been poured from a mold and been painted by an amateur. As for the whole thing about the only other one being owned by Don Coscarelli... that's a giant load of hooey. There's plenty of other dwarves out there. I can vouch for the location of one of them myself.

I smell you know what.
Guy Thorpe has one, if I recall.
There is also one in Miami at a Planet Hollywood.

If it weren't such a cold night out, I'd run to my car and get my flash drive with the other pictures of Guy and his dwarf. But here's a tiny one.

That dwarf looks totally different.
EDIT:
I looked for a thread that had the full size pic of that. It's the thread with the "Apex" story. Couldn't find it.

Guy's dwarf is legit. He's had it for longer than I remember and it's been used for things like a Mopar Magazine photo shoot (back in 1992, I believe) for which we helped Don and Angus. The robe Guy has on the dwarf is also legit--though I can't recall if it was from P2 or P3. This new dwarf popping up out of nowhere seems fishy to me as well. It's pretty easy to make duplicate molds. Even if it were authentic, $2,000 is pretty hefty. A dwarf at Planet Hollywood? Now THAT is cool! What an awesome "nod" that is!

Yeah, $2,000 seems to be a bit much.

Not only is there a dwarf... but his leader is standing next to him The cast of Angus was pretty good. I believe I was around 11 or so when I saw it, gave me butterflies.

Didn't sell.
There are people interested in down payments and payment plans... jeez I don't want one that bad. I suppose that they actually buy into the "only one left" junk. Look at the pics, does it look like the dwarf is missing it's right arm?
