Mirai, you're in for some very fun, intelligent viewing! "Babylon 5" season two was one of my favorites, most particularly the final two episodes. "Falling in Light" (I think it's called), the concluding episode of Season 2, does something incredible with Kosh that absolutely blew my mind because it brought to mind a whole range of theological questions about what the Vorlons and the Shadows truly represented (and their subsequent motivations). "Comes the Inquisitor" kept me white knuckled, clutching my armchair, hanging on every word. Again, beautiful, provoking dialogue--it really made me do some sould searching myself by thinking about "who are you?" and "what do you want?" (the polarizing questions that define the Vorlons and the Shadows)--and which question was more important to me in life. And during season four (after that ultra magnificent Season 3 conclusion "Z'ha'Dum" with Sheridan's sacrifice) viewers learned a new question, "Where are you going?" I know all of this sounds silly if you haven't watched the shows... but B5 was like an incredible five year intensive course in philosophy and theology I loved how the littlest things, a passing phrase or joke, a quirky character just passing through, would blow up into MAJOR plot points years later! The writing, the plot, all very intricate and masterfully handled. I can't think of any other TV show that keep me so mentally engaged in years. I would rush to the TV each new episode, very excited. My favorite character became Sebastian from "Comes the Inquisitor" (he never returned, though I was so intrigued to find out what ultimately happened to him) and I remember dashing off a glowing fan letter to the actor because he was so extraordinarily chilling. The whole episode was basically a circling dance of Delenn and Sebastian (and the lights around them) in this heart stopping, emotional interrogation (Sheridan has an interrogation himself that's almost as bad in a later episode). It was drama/acting at it's very best. The main question I had the entire episode was what kind of "good" creatures/overseers were the Vorlons, truly, if they could use a man/monster like Sebastian to do their "testing"? It kind of turned the world of B5 on its head for me! Wayne Alexander (Sebastian) and I struck up a minor friendship, and I would help him at autograph signings. He had an "edge" to him even in reality that kept me on my toes! lollol Thank God he never had his cane in tow! He went on to play, in Season Four, an even more interesting character, Lorien. Hope I didn't spoil too much. I so miss those remarkable five years of having my mind blown by "Babylon 5." The very final episode, "Sleeping in Light," was beautiful and oh so sad, and I had tears in my ears through it all. I can never see a sunrise now without thinking of Delenn sitting there, reaching her hand out to the brightening sky.

I'd love to see a special edition of They Live complete with sunglasses.
I'm so glad there are B5 fans around, that was a great series. There is talk of another 'Lost Tales' following Londo Mollari's story, which Peter Jurasik was keen on doing. When that would appear though is anyone's guess. I recommend the first Lost Tales, the CGI is fantastic. Had the pleasure of meeting Bruce Boxleitner many years ago and saw Claudia Christian on stage at the Edinburgh Festival, which was great.
Anway back on topic:
Day of the Triffids (1980's version) Jakob the Liar The Grey Zone Centurion The Last Days (one of the most heart wrenching pieces of film I've ever seen - highly recommend)
